Serial Killer Ideas:- Map with red string and pins on a wall
- Pins through bloody polaroid pictures
- Opening titles on leafs, rocks and wood in an eerie forest
- Scratched out pictures
- No face is shown only hands
- Blood drop trail
- Broken glass bottles with various substances leaking
- Flashing lights
- Brushing the hair of a creepy doll
- The title sequence across three corpse arms
The Serial Killer idea was chosen as opposed to the rest because as a group we felt that collectively this was the idea that we liked the most. Also, the other ideas are quite abstract, therefore practicality of creating these ideas would be fairly limited, therefore leading to an unrealistic movie opening which wouldn't invoke the desired emotion of fear and suspense in the audience.
